Orders placed from Friday 15th November 2024 have until Sunday 5th January 2025 to issue a return using our online returns portal.

DELIVERY 

UK Standard Delivery will take 2 - 4 working days to arrive. Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays with our Saver Delivery service.

Express Service 1-2 working days will be sent via an express priority service. Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays with our express Delivery service.

International Standard Delivery will take 5 - 7 working days to arrive. Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays with our Saver Delivery service.

International Express service via DHL is also available which takes 1-3 working days. 

 

Our International DHL Express Delivery will take 1 - 4 working days to arrive depending on location in the world. Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays with our Saver Delivery service.

 

RETURNS 

  • Items must be returned to us from 14 days of you receiving your order in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.
  • You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge.)
  • We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions if an item has been washed or modified returns won't be accepted
  • Any faults or quality issues must be logged to info@rmdyclothing.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Any complaints after this time will not qualify. 
  • We don't cover any returns costs, it is the customers responsibility. 

We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.

When returning goods, Please ensure all returns are sent via a recorded/trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the return of the goods.

*Items placed part of our sale can be returned for an exchange or credit note.

What Do i Do If There Is A Fault With My Order?

 We're very sorry to hear this. Mistakes do happen (rarely) If you receive a faulty item please return it to us within 21 days of receipt of the faulty goods.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return? 

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to 7 days for the funds to be in your bank.

After you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt.

 

Can I Exchange My Item? 

Yes, on the Returns Portal simply select the exchange option.
